Since our products are made with care and quality-checked before shipping, we only accept returns or replacements under specific conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong item or size was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Clear description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Size issues after purchase
- Change of mind
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect
Exchange Process
Approved exchanges will be processed after the original product is received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
